We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership or access to services for violations of these terms, misuse of facilities, or conduct deemed harmful or disruptive to the Agora community.

All content on this website, within our clubs, and produced through our podcast network is the property of Agora Social Club or our licensed partners. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

3. Club Terms (Agora Social Club)

• Membership Access: Memberships are non-transferable and limited to the individual account holder.

• Facility Use: Members agree to abide by all posted club rules and staff instructions.

• Health & Safety: Members participate at their own risk and agree to disclose any medical conditions that may affect their participation.

• Legacy Package: Members who enroll in the Legacy package agree to the terms of lifetime pricing, which is honored so long as membership remains active and uninterrupted.

4. Podcast Network Terms (Council of Dudes)

• Membership Levels: Packages include “The Man,” “The Myth,” and “The Legend,” each with corresponding recording and production entitlements.

• Studio Access: Scheduling is required; cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.

• Content Ownership: All podcasters retain ownership of their show content. Agora reserves the right to share or feature content across our network for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Conduct & Collaboration: Members of the podcast network must conduct themselves professionally and align with Agora’s core values of respect, integrity, and growth.

5. Third-Party Services & Content

Some website features or services may be delivered through third-party platforms (e.g., scheduling, payments, embedded podcast players). We do not control these services and are not responsible for their compliance with accessibility or privacy standards. We strive to work with inclusive and secure platforms at all times.
