MEN'S GROUP SESSIONS — ATTENDEE POLICY (SHORT FORM) By attending any Men's Group at Agora Social Club LLC/Agora SC, Inc. (“Agora”), you agree to the following. WHO CAN ATTEND • Adult men 18+. Ages 16–17 only with parent/guardian present and prior written approval. • Guests may attend if space allows; Agora may limit numbers or use a waitlist. REGISTRATION & TIMING • Please RSVP in advance; drop-ins admitted only if capacity permits. • Arrive 5–10 minutes early. Sessions run 60–90 minutes and start/finish on time. • Late entry may be held until a natural pause. PARTICIPATION • Respect first: no harassment, discrimination, personal attacks, or targeted proselytising. • Dialogue, not debate: listen well, share airtime, use “I” statements. • Stay on the night’s Scripture/theme. No sales or political campaigning. • Facilitators may redirect discussion or manage time to uphold the purpose. CONFIDENTIALITY & CARE • “What’s shared here stays here” by mutual honour and house rules. • Limits: we may act/share if there’s a credible risk of harm, suspected abuse, or a legal duty. • This is non-clinical: not therapy, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. • If in crisis, call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911. VENUE RULES (CO-WORKING SITE) • Keep shared areas tidy; use phone rooms for calls; food only in designated zones. • No sleeping or overnight storage; guests must be registered. • Meeting rooms must be booked and vacated on time. • Attend sober; no illegal substances; no weapons or dangerous items. • Follow staff instructions in any emergency. MEDIA & DEVICES • No recording by attendees. • Agora may capture general ambience with posted signage; featured/identifiable use requires written consent. • Silence phones/watches; laptops/tablets for Scripture notes only. BREACHES • Agora may refuse entry or require an attendee to leave for policy breaches or unsafe/disruptive behaviour. • Serious breaches may limit future access to Agora programmes.
